Primary Responsibilities Include
- Review accounts receivable ledger daily and monitor incoming checks.
- Review cash, bank transfer, and credit card ledger on a daily basis.
- Prepared and posted all payments received on a daily basis to Workday system.
- Follow up on the collection of Returned Cheques, Credit Cards charge back and Prepared monthly summary.
- Reconcile accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger each month and ensure accurate ageing
- Reconcile all credit card charges and Bank statement reconciliation
- Prepare villa owner statement
What You Bring:
- Able to communicate in English, including the capability to read and write emails effectively in English.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
- Ability to maintain performance standards when under pressure.
- Adaptable to varying work schedules.
- Collaborative in nature and ready to take on diverse assignments as needed.
