Primary Responsibilities Include

  •  Review accounts receivable ledger daily and monitor incoming checks.
  • Review cash, bank transfer, and credit card ledger on a daily basis.
  • Prepared and posted all payments received on a daily basis to Workday system.
  • Follow up on the collection of Returned Cheques, Credit Cards charge back and Prepared monthly summary.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable trial balances with the general ledger each month and ensure accurate ageing
  • Reconcile all credit card charges and Bank statement reconciliation
  • Prepare villa owner statement


What You Bring:   

  • Able to communicate in English, including the capability to read and write emails effectively in English.  
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting.  
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role. 
  • Ability to maintain performance standards when under pressure.
  • Adaptable to varying work schedules.
  • Collaborative in nature and ready to take on diverse assignments as needed.
