Your entry into the upper club management of ROBINSON takes place with a management programme lasting several months, during which you will get to know our special ROBINSON philosophy and the different departments in all their facets. As Deputy Club Director, you and your team will use your professional and unique personality to ensure that our guests experience unforgettable moments with us. You are a passionate host, an extraordinary motivator, a correct business manager and a creative designer of the club atmosphere all at the same time.

Su di te

-possibly several years of management experience in a comparable position in the hotel industry
-Studies in business administration and ideally completed training in the hotel industry
-professional experience abroad and the willingness to work for us worldwide
-Excellent language skills in German, English and ideally another language
-a good understanding of human nature as well as analytical and conceptual thinking skills
