Hotel Director Axel Hotel Berlin

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Director to lead our establishment in the heart of Berlin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer orientation, exceptional leadership skills, and a solid background in hotel management.

Responsibilities:
· Oversee all hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
· Develop and implement operational and commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
·Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel team, fostering a positive and service-oriented work environment.
· Establish and maintain relationships with client, suppliers, and other business partners.
· Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and internal hotel policies.

·University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of hotel management tools and systems.
· Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
· Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
