Cluster Sales Manager for the Juliana Hotel Brussels 5* (43 rooms) Main duties and responsibilities:
- Proactively sell Juliana Brussels, Paris & Cannes
- Introduce new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels
- Have a clear understanding of broad hotel goals
- Awareness and understanding of competitive sets according to assigned territories/industry segments
- Represent the hotel at fairs and meetings
- Direct and coordinate the Marketing activities needed for the sales, catering, groups, and reservations teams to maximize revenues
- Prepare, in conjunction with the General Manager, Revenue & Finance monthly/ yearly Budget and forecasts

Su di te

- Significant experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiatives.
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of analysis and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in French, English, Dutch, and any additional language would be an advantage.
  • Lingue richieste: Francese e Inglese. Olandese è un plus
