Job Description
As the Assistant Kids Club Manager at Villa Haven, you will play a key role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and supervision of all Kids Club activities. You will work closely with the Sports & Recreation Manager to create engaging programs that cater to children's interests and ensure their well-being while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, education, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults.
- Knowledge of child safety and first aid procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
