F&B OPERATIONAL TRAINEE
Cosa comprende il lavoro
La persona sarà inserita nel reparto Food & Beverage e, di supporto al Manager, potrà conoscere l’operatività dei vari reparti (ristorante, bar e room service), prendere parte a progetti e imparare la gestione del personale seguendo procedure e linee guida di una azienda internazionale. Si occuperà sia di back office, attraverso l'affiancamento ai Supervisor e Manager, sia della parte più operativa, collaborando all’organizzazione e imparando un servizio di qualità.
