* We seek dedicated professionals who display a high degree of integrity with the ability to embrace the rhythm of the island life at our award-winning resorts, where sustainable living and a barefoot philosophy are part of the natural order.
* As a Barefoot Guardian, you'll be a vital point of contact for guests from around the world, anticipating their every need, curating exquisite experiences and ensuring their stay exceeds every expectation.
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
