Situé au cœur du Triangle d’Or entre l’Arc-de-Triomphe et la place de la Concorde, le Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel affiche fièrement sa devanture sur la plus belle avenue du monde. L’établissement dispose de 192 chambres et suites donnant sur les Champs-Elysées.

 

Résumé du poste

Le Stagiaire Groupes et Evénements H/F est chargé de concrétiser les ventes des groupes hébergés, journées d’étude et banquets en fonction des objectifs fixés par son maître de stage.

En 1^er lieu, son temps est réparti entre la réception, le traitement et le suivi des demandes des clients jusqu'à la signature des contrats.

En 2^e lieu, une fois le contrat signé, le Stagiaire Groupes et Evénements est chargé d’assurer la concrétisation des dossiers dans les meilleures conditions d’accueil et rentabilité. Contact privilégié du client après la signature du contrat, il planifie l’organisation de l’événement du client en vue de sa satisfaction optimale.

Force de proposition, il identifie les opportunités de maximisation du chiffre d’affaires contracté, en proposant des services additionnels adaptés et rentables. Il assure la coordination entre le service commercial et opérationnel.
