For our Dream Team in Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko we are currently looking for passioned Teppanyaki/ Sushi Chef who dares to craft a bespoke Teppanyaki experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
• Craft a bespoke Teppanyaki/Sushi experience to our guests;
• Cook an authentic Teppanyaki/Sushi dishes according to the restaurant’s menu;
• Assists with organizing special events and special Teppanyaki/Sushi promotions;
• Demonstrate an outstanding culinary techniques;
• Ensure all Teppanyaki/Susi dishes are prepared and served according to the standards set by the Executive Chef.
• Ensure that all HACCP guidelines are achieved and maintained.
• Handle waste and linen;
• Maintain a hygienic kitchen and high standards of personal hygiene;
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Gastronomic education certification preferred HACCP certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role is a must;
• Magnificent show cooking;
• Good communicative level in English;
• Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions;
• Excellent communication skills;
