At  InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for a Sales Executive to join our growing team.

As our Sales Executive you will be responsible for proactive sales activities and account management. Reporting directly to the Senior Business Development Director, you will maximize sales through structured proactive sales planning and actions to achieve/exceed budgeted targets. Working closely with the hotel Business Development Director you will be required to drive sales from our local corporate clients and contribute to the success of the hotel’s group and catering budget.

You are a team player and contribute to a professional and balanced working environment who creates pride in delivering a consistent guest experience.

Our Sales Executives have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a sales role within hospitality industry is essential for this role. 
  • Strong strategic planning skills, ability to look ahead and strategies in place to support the plans. 
  • A degree of knowledge of all market segments i.e., corporate, conference
  • The ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail. 
  • Previous experience in using Microsoft packages, Delphi knowledge is desirable plus knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering.
  • The ability to demonstrates relevant functional experience and good knowledge of relevant topics and collaboration with other hotel departments.
