1、3年以上数据分析/收益管理工作经验，项目经验优先；

2、英语口语及书面表达能，英语可作为工作语言；

3、具备较强的经营分析能力，熟练掌握数据挖掘与经营分析的相关知识，精通多种数据分析工具；

4、具备较强的统计分析能力、沟通能力、分析与解决问题的能力。
