• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback on reasons for turnover

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resource management related majors;
本科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业；
2.45 years old and below;
45周岁及以下；
3.More than 2 years of experience in the same position in high-star hotels.
具备2年以上高星级酒店同岗位经验。
