What will you do as a Senior Groups and Events Co-ordinator

• Planning and organizing events for a diverse clientele, ensuring they are memorable and well-executed to encourage repeat business
• Keep good working relationships with key customers, agents, and regular guests through emails, phone calls
• Strategically look at potential business opportunities and proactively engage in securing new business
• Providing guidance and leadership to the Group and Event Sales team alongside the Group and Event Sales Manager regarding event planning and training
• Conducting site inspections and meeting with clients to discuss their requirements
