Duties and responsibilities related to the Dim Sum Chef role
- Creating and following traditional recipes, while also being innovative with new dim sum creations.
- Utilizing traditional Chinese cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, and baking, specific to dim sum preparation.
- Collaborating with the head chef and restaurant management to design and update the dim sum menu.
- Managing the dim sum station and ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Introducing new dim sum items and seasonal specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse.
