Au sein de l’Hôtel Métropole, actuellement en pleine réinvention, notre pétillante équipe du Front Office recherche son futur Stagiaire Réceptionniste !

Travailler à la réception c’est travailler au cœur même de nos hôtels. Dans ce cadre, vous serez en contact étroit avec l’ensemble des départements de nos maisons.

En contact avec nos clients dès leur arrivée et tout au long de leur séjour jusqu’à leur départ, votre relationnel fera la différence. Vous vous exprimez aussi bien en Français que dans la langue de Shakespeare. Nos clients venant des quatre coins du monde, la maîtrise d’une 3ème langue est évidemment un plus. Vous êtes en formation en école hôtelière référencée par notre CCNT.

En tant que stagiaire, nous vous formerons pour que vous soyez autonome sur les missions suivantes :
• Assurer l’accueil de nos clients de jour comme de nuit dans le respect de nos standards de qualité
• Gérer les arrivées et les départs de nos clients dans le respect de nos procédures internes
• Participer à la gestion des réservations individuelles
• Assurer la liaison entre les différents départements pour assurer un séjour agréable à nos hôtes (réception, housekeeping, cuisine et restaurants)

La routine n’existe pas dans l’hôtellerie ! C’est pourquoi la liste de ces missions n’est pas exhaustive.
