With 51 rooms housed in a historic and stunning building located in the city centre, Hotel Fleur de Ville will feature a Fine-Casual restaurant showcasing modern European cuisine infused with influences from surrounding countries and Mediterranean flavours. Committed to sustainability, our restaurant will operate with an innovative zero-waste ethos, utilizing only the freshest, carefully selected ingredients.

As a part of the restaurant team, you will work closely with the restaurant manager and shift leader. You will offer the guests an experience of a lifetime, from the moment they arrive until they leave. And of course make sure all guests feel at home, guide them through their visit, and provide them with the best service. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic people with relevant experience and a shared passion for food and beverage. Someone who loves to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

As a Waiter, you must love and care about food and hospitality, and preferably have worked in the industry but more importantly a great attitude towards learning new skills. You care about people and creating an experience. You also are a team player and communicate easily. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
