Purchasing Storekeeper

Four Seasons Hotel Osaka (Pre-opening) is looking for a Storeroom Clerk who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Responsibilities

•Issue beverage requisitions and assist with sorting and distributing packages when needed. 

•Maintain efficient communication with the Director of Purchasing and the Receiving Clerk.

•Maintain accurate communication with vendors, including but not limited to informing them of any inconsistences or bad product.

•Consistently check email, responding to vendors and other staff members in a reasonable time frame. 

•Responsible for putting away orders in a timely and efficient manner.

•Complete walk through of the back of house and dry storage areas.

•Ensure store is clean and organized.

•Responsible accurate month-end inventory count.

•Must be willing and able to perform all tasks outlined in the attached job description document.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

-Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities.

-Applicants are highly recommended to have previous experience in a luxury hotel experience.

-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Japan.

-Must be fluent in Japanese and able to read and write.
