Paymaster/General Casier

We currently have an opportunity for an experience Paymaster/General Cashier to join our pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Osaka.

Primary responsibility:

• Set up payroll register with labor consultant and ensure payroll are prepare timely and according to local rule & regulation and compliance with Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures.
• Prepare the hotel’s daily bank deposits, control all House Funds, and issue, audit and maintain all House Banks according to Four Seasons Policies and Procedures.
• Verify and process Expense Reports and Petty Cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls. Verify and process Expense Reports and Petty Cash reimbursements ensuring compliance with key controls.
• File documents and reports.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position and experience in hotel operations.
