Lo stagiaire verrà inserito nella brigata della Pasticceria dell'Excelsior Hotel Gallia e potrà arricchire la formazione acquisita nei percorsi scolastici e formativi; acquisire competenze tecnico-professionali relative allambito della pasticceria; 

 

Competenze professionali da acquisire:

- Conoscenza delle tecniche di preparazione degli alimenti;

- Conoscenza delle tecniche di cottura degli alimenti;

- Conoscenza delle tecniche di conservazione degli alimenti;

- Capacità di riconoscere la qualità degli alimenti.

 

Competenze trasversali da acquisire:

- Capacità di lavorare in team;

- Capacità di svolgere compiti specifici in tempi limitati;

- Capacità di lavorare e gestire situazioni di stress.

 

Formazione prevista:

Nella parte iniziale dello stage lo stagista verrà affiancato dal tutor che lo renderà man mano più autonomo. Nella parte finale dello stage sarà in grado di muoversi autonomamente nel reparto e di porare a termine i compiti che gli verranno assegnati in completa autonomia.
