Capacità di mescolare ingredienti, come liquori, bibite gassate, acqua, zucchero e amari, per preparare cocktail e altre bevande.
Mantenere un'area del bar pulita, garantire che la gestione dell'inventario del bar venga correttamente effettuata.
Valutare le esigenze, le preferenze del cliente e formulare raccomandazioni per bevande alcoliche e analcoliche, snack, ecc.
Mantenere una approfondita conoscenza del menù
Preparare i tavoli secondo standard specifici in modo cordiale, entusiasta e professionale.
Completare vari altri compiti secondari assegnati dal responsabile di riferimento e mantenere condizioni e pulizia adeguate
