CHEF DE RANG / CAMERIERE DI SALA
COMPETENZE RICHIESTE
Conoscenza delle tecniche di allestimento della sala e di mise en place.
Conoscenza delle tecniche di composizione del menu.
Esperienza pregressa nel settore alberghiero. Fluente conoscenza dell’inglese.
Preferibile conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera.
Orientamento al cliente
SOFT SKILLS
Comunicazione, flessibilità e team building. Orientamento al risultato individuale e di squadra. Predisposizione a lavorare in ambiente dinamico e in costante evoluzione.
