【岗位职责】

1、根据洲至奢选的品牌标准，确保预定部的运作和有效运转房间收入；

2、控制房数和预留房，控制相关方面的房间预订从而最大限度地增加酒店收入；

3、积极指导前台，以保证高端销售活动得以成功实施；

4、根据本酒店价格体系和销售策略以及第三方销售媒介的标准实施集团的政策；

5、进行市场调研和分析，时刻掌控市场趋势；

6、根据酒店战略计划指导培训预订和前台员工以确保及时有效地进行销售所制定的价格。

 

【岗位要求】

1、专科及以上文化程度，2年以上同岗位工作经验；

2、普通话清晰，英语书面和口语表达较流利；

3、具有完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；

4、具有解决问题和组织能力；

5、精通计算机操作。
