【岗位职责】

1.  按照洲际酒店集团洲至奢选的标准，协助行政总厨管理食品生产和管事部的日常工作；

2.  对销售、成本、食品安全、客人满意度、市场工作、设施设备条件及清洁等进行持续性的控制和分析；

3.  按照洲际酒店集团洲至奢选的标准制定培训计，并为食品生产部员工和餐饮部其它员工提供培训；

4.  协助行政总厨计划和组织成功的餐饮活动；

5.  参与酒店收益计划和市场项目的准备工作。

 

【岗位要求】

1. 具有至少3年及以上同等岗位经验；

2. 食品安全管理知识相关认证。
