Job Description
The Sports & Recreation Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sports and recreational activities at Villa Haven. This role requires a dynamic and energetic individual with a strong background in sports and recreation management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The Sports & Recreation Manager will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all activities, manage the team, and continuously enhance the resort's recreational offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports and recreation management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of sports and recreation equipment maintenance and safety standards.
- First Aid and CPR certified.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
