Job Description
The Executive Sous Chef will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the resort's kitchens, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This position requires a creative and experienced culinary professional with excellent leadership skills and a deep commitment to excellence. The Executive Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, staff management, and maintaining the culinary reputation of Villa Haven.
Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably within a luxury resort or fine dining establishment.
- Proven track record of culinary excellence and innovative menu development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a flexible schedule.
