Ultima collection is looking for her/his future Area General Manager who will oversee both properties and lead the flagship of our Collection.
Key Responsibilities of our future Area General Manager which are by no means exhaustive:
Ensures the smooth running of the hotel, after re-opening, where all areas of the business are managed, and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels compliant to Ultima Signature Services
Ensures the operations for a new opening part of the portfolio of the Collection
Working proactively with all key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
Develop and implement strategies with all department heads, where key properties metrics are identified, communicated and delivered
Develop and federate an Ultima culture by inspiring stakeholders and effectively manages and reviews the life cycle of the team within both properties, fostering a culture of growth,
Owner of both properties budget, business, and sales plan in cooperation with our Chief Commercial Officer,
Maximize sales and profit, business opportunities and brand reputation, productivity and performance
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders, business partners and the local community
Works closely with corporate office leaders to assure properties performances following company guidelines and targets
Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required

À propos de vous
Requirements of our future Area General Manager:
Proven experience in general management in top Luxury Boutique Hotels. A background in Switzerland might be an asset
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Proven experience in opening and / or seasonal hotel business model
Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the luxury hospitality industry
Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms (Hotelbeds, Mirus)
Assertive knowledge of Swiss law and regulations in terms of Hotel affairs and labor law are key assets
Strong communication skills in both language English and French. German is a plus
- Langues requises: Anglais et Français. Allemand est un plus
