SWOT Hospitality is looking for a Hostess with the warmest smile and can-do attitude to join our dynamic team in Asil – Dubai.
To be successful in this role you must be a people person, presentable & trendy, energetic, and most importantly have a passion for hospitality not only to serve our guests but to create a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and greeting guests with the warmest smile as they enter the restaurant.
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions while seating them to their tables.
• Managing the reservations system.
• Engaging with the guests and ensuring they are having a wonderful dining experience.
• Responding to guests' queries via telephone, email, or any social media platform.
Qualifications:
• Confident with knowledge and passionate in what they do.
• Experience in the same role is an advantage
• Can-Do attitude
• Presentable and Trendy
• Energetic, naturally warm, and joyous
• Respectful, pleasant approach to colleagues, employer, and guests
