A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A (INSERT JOB TITLE HERE) AT (INSERT HOTEL NAME HERE)

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Deputy manager, you can expect your working day to include the following: 

  • Running day to day shift operations in the hotel
  • Responsible for the safety and security of guests and team during your shift
  • Front facing role dealing directly with our guests 
  • Meeting and maintaining all hotel standards and guest expectations 
  • Development of yourself and the team around you

To succeed in the role of Guest Service Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills. 

  • A real people person with pasion for making the guest happy
  • Experience in hotel front office roles
  • An eye for the detail in every situation 
  • Problem solving on the go
