ENGLISH TEACHER - RESPONSIBILITIES
● Conducting English language classes for hotel staff to improve communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
● Developing lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the specific needs and levels of the hotel staff, focusing on practical language skills relevant to their roles
● Assessing the English proficiency of hotel staff through placement tests and ongoing evaluations to track progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
● Organizing and facilitating language workshops and cultural exchange activities to promote language learning and intercultural understanding among hotel staff
● Providing individualized support and feedback to hotel staff to help them overcome language barriers and build confidence in using English in various work situations
● Using best practices and innovative teaching methods in language education to enhance the effectiveness of English language instruction at the hotel
● Serving as a resource person for hotel staff seeking assistance with English language-related issues or questions, offering guidance and support as needed
