MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN ROOMS DIVISION DEPARTMENT - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in handling room reservations, including online bookings
- Learn strategies for maximizing room revenue and occupancy
- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay
- Monitor and manage room status, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with guests and other hotel departments
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Adapt to changes in guest volume, hotel policies, and industry trends

- Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
- Recent graduates within 36 months
- Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
