Are you a master of hospitality with a knack for creating lasting impressions? We are on the lookout for a vibrant and personable Night Auditor to join our esteemed team. As the face of our hotel, you will be instrumental in weaving seamless experiences and delighting guests from around the globe.
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the security of the premises during the overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Extend a warm and genuine welcome to all guests, setting the tone for their stay.
- Execute flawless check-ins and check-outs, orchestrating each guest's journey with precision.
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with finesse.
- Serve as a fountain of knowledge about our hotel amenities, local attractions, and cultural hotspots.
- Navigate diverse guest inquiries and requests with grace and efficiency.
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing hotel activities and financial transactions.
- Assist with any emergency situations that may arise during the night shift.
- Embrace collaboration with colleagues across departments to ensure a harmonious guest experience.
Profile
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional service that goes above and beyond.
- Charismatic communication skills, capable of effortlessly connecting with people from all walks of life.
- A natural flair for problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
- Fluency in English and French is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a delightful bonus.
What to expect when working at Hilton Brussels Grand Place?
• Working Hours and Professional Environment: Shifts include working from 11pm to 7am. You may be required to work weekends. This position is full-time, and we offer a three months replacement contract to start with.
