Job Description
As a Kids Club Attendant at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the daily operations and activities of the Kids Club. You will engage with children up to 12 years old, facilitate creative and educational activities, and ensure their safety and well-being throughout their visit. This position requires a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, camp, or recreational setting is preferred.
- Passion for interacting with children and creating a positive and supportive environment.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with children and parents/guardians.
- Basic understanding of child safety and first aid procedures is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
