Job Description
The Dive Centre Receptionist at Villa Haven will be responsible for managing the front desk of the dive center, coordinating diving activities, and providing guests with information and assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking systems).
- Basic knowledge of diving activities and terminology is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
