Proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills. You will have strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices. Previous experience in an Oriental themed restaurant is advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Restaurant Manager role
- Assist the Restaurant manager in leading and managing the lunch and dinner operations of the Chinese Restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the restaurant’s budget. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating colleague performance.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and the Restaurant Manager to ensure consistency in the execution of the menu and the overall dining experience.
- Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
About you
