About the job



A Medical Secretary supports doctors and other members of themedical team by performing administrative and clerical work. As a MedicalSecretary, your day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, filing andsending confidential records, and completing voyage medical logs, acutegastroenteritis logs, or other necessary records. You may also provide CPR andbasic first-aid support if you are certified. We’d love to have you onboard ifyou are a graduate of business administration or any degree with an emphasis inmedical records. You must also have accounting and computer skills, beorganized and flexible, and can keep the same standards of ethics with regardsto the patient confidentiality aspects of the role.
