PASTRY - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the preparation of a variety of baked goods and pastries
- Assist in the development and testing of new recipes
- Decorate cakes and pastries with various techniques
- Assist in the artistic presentation of pastries and desserts
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely production
- Actively participate in training programs and workshops
- Other related duties in the kitchen department
