GUEST RELATIONS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with information about hotel amenities and services
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Providing personalized service to VIP guests and assisting with special requests or arrangements
- Monitoring guest feedback and reviews and implementing improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conducting property tours for guests and providing them with information about nearby attractions and activities
- Participating in training programs and workshops to develop skills in guest relations, hospitality, and hotel operations
- Number of positions: 10

About you
- Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
- Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
- Relevant major of study
- School, college, or university reference letter
- Fluent English
- Well-groomed
- Pleasant personality
- Clean criminal record
- No drug abuse
- Minimum 6 months passport validity
