Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Member to join Coconut Craft House, an integral part of our resort's guest experience. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of the Coconut Craft House. Your primary duties will include gathering and assembling materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment for the team. Additionally, you will engage with guests, conduct sessions, and provide friendly and prompt service to meet their needs.
- Gather all required materials and items for Coconut Craft House projects and assemble them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact effectively with other Team Members to coordinate information and material gathering for Coconut Craft House activities. Additionally, maintain the stock supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
- Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure their functionality and longevity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize safety equipment within the Coconut Craft House, fostering a secure and comfortable working environment for all team members.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized Coconut Craft House space, enhancing the overall ambiance for both team members and guests.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Coconut Craft House and the resort's operations to provide accurate information to guests and address their inquiries effectively.
- Conduct engaging sessions for resort guests in Coconut Craft House, showcasing creativity and promoting a positive guest experience.
- Display professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt and friendly service to cater to guests' needs and exceed their expectations.
- Assess guest requirements and appropriately refer them to the various services available throughout the hotel.
- Welcome visitors to the facility, answer their queries, and direct them to the relevant individuals within Coconut Craft House.
- Attend departmental meetings as required, actively participating in discussions and providing valuable insights.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in arts and crafts or a similar creative environment is desirable.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and equipment handling.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
