As Recruitment Manager, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices and initiatives are implemented, embraced, adopted within the hotel/resort.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Recruitment Manager, I will support and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Human Resources department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My key role will be to support the Director of Human Resources in the preparation and implementation of the resorts’ human resources plan including manpower plan, benefits and payroll budget, training and induction plans in line with needs and host engagement initiatives.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition Roadmap identifying and attracting qualified, diverse and passive candidates for open positions and future opportunities. 
• Identify the right internal / external systems and tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multi-media advertising, social media, job fairs, univiersity fairs, networking, community involvement / partnerships and third-party assistance, whilst building appropriate and meaningful relationship with University and Colleges. 
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting of candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing providing feedback / recommendations, and assistante the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance. 
• Ensure outstanding candidate experiences throughout the interview, offer and onboarding process.
• Develop and implement cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill, optimize fit and retention and place top-quality diverse candidates in open positions. 
• Design Employer Branding campaigns and support execution when applicable. 
• Update Job Descriptions and Job Posting with Head of Department. 
• Support and oversee recruitment and host ratios, succession planning and career development plans (MDPs), conduct host satisfaction surveys and formulation of corrective action, arrange periodic host meetings and awards, champion the performance management system (G&O), analyze host turnover statistics and trends, ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and relevant and maintain confidential host files.
• Interact and communicate with all departments. 
   
• Constantly assess human resources practices to remain relevant and effective.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Recruitment Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and more than two years’ experience in a similar human resources role, preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Computer programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and Human Resources/payroll systems. ADP/Timesaver experience preferred.
• Professional HR designation (PHR, SPHR or other) preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. 
• Europe visa and work permit are mandatory
