We are hiring for a Service Manager - HR (Generalist).

As a Service Manager - HR (Generalist), we rely you to:

  • Assistin the administration of the day-to-day implementation of both HR Operations and Employee Relations
  • Prepareperiodic reports for management, as necessary or requested: Labor Turnover, HR Report, Manning Update, Employee Demographics, PIC Report, Staff Movements (Hired, Resigned, Promotions, Transfers), and Headcount of Regular and Casual against Budget
  • Demonstrate key competencies and values


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for people
  • Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
  • Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws and extensive experience in industrial relations
  • Has good communication and people management skills
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Has solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures
  • Enjoys interacting with people
  • Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
  • Able to communicate priorities and drives business results
