We are looking for a Finance Manager at Finance Shared Services Centre

As a Finance Manager, we rely on you to:

• Act as a part of Finance Shared Services and report to Assistant Vice President – Finance, to manage the daily operations of the supported hotel finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, and, general ledger
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and support month-end and year-end close processes
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Prepare the monthly and year-end financial statement per scheduled deadlines
• Assist in preparation of revolving forecasts and Annual Budgets
• Monitor and control the fixed assets register and monitor the spending on capital budget
• Assist Financial Controller in analysis of financial statement, Cash Flows, expenses and Contracts

We are looking for someone who has:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar position, particularly in the hospitality industry
• Understanding of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards
• Proficient in MS Office and finance software applications like ORACLE, SAP and SUN
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Sharp time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
