Your day to day

As a Minibar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful stay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stocking and Replenishing: Efficiently stocking and replenishing minibar items in guest rooms according to established standards.
  • Inventory Management: Conducting regular inventory checks, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Guest Interaction: Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and fulfilling special requests related to minibar services.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all minibar items are fresh, properly displayed, and meet our luxury standards.
  • Billing and Documentation: Accurately recording consumed items and ensuring correct billing for guests.

What we need from you

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and billing purposes.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.


The compensation for this position is $24.00/hour.
