We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Australia’s largest hotel.  

Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.

This role would be ideal for an individual who enjoys providing personalised and elevated service to guests, and is looking to start their career in a premium hotel. You will be offering the highest grade of Food & Beverage service for our World of Hyatt members.

 

Our ideal candidate will possess: 

• Extensive previous customer service experience 
• Friendly and bubbly personality 
• Exceptional A La Carte service knowledge 
• Ability to provide professional customer service-friendly personality 
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation
• Fine dining or Airline experience is a plus
• A current RSA 
• Full working rights in Australia
