About you
WSET 2 is required, and experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel is highly desirable.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Junior Sommelier role
- Assist in the storage and rotation of wine inventory, maintaining optimal conditions for aging and serving.
- Provide personalised recommendations and guidance to guests on wine selection, ensuring an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
- Participate in regular wine tastings and educational sessions to enhance your understanding of wine.
- Support the culinary team in developing and refining wine pairings for seasonal menus and special events.
- Assist with the organization and execution of wine-related events and promotions within the hotel.
About you
