Summary
- To ensure the smooth operation of the Club Olympus department, covering the gym, pool and other recreational facilities and activities.
- Excellent Club Olympus membership management.
- Able to manage outsourced employees as well as keep positive relationship with the outsourced company.
- Must hold Korean Nationality
- Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 5 years work experience as Fitness Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager in larger operation or hospitality industry.
- Understand hotel fitness of luxury membership organization management and have at least 5 years of experience in operations.
- Validated membership operations management and inter communication skills.
- Ability to develop membership programs and promotions.
- Good problem solving and administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Living Sports Instructor license holder
- Able to speak, write and read documents in English.
