Summary
- Maintains all recipe files for the Culinary Operations in English and Korean.
- Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Culinary team in English and Korean.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned such as Kronos scheduling, Mate program, assistance for Executive Chef, etc.
- Support chefs with paper documentation (hotel hygiene, etc)
- Experience in Hospitality industry is preferred
- Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English and Korean
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service with outgoing personality
- Advanced understandings of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Eligible to work 9-6 on weekdays
- Bright personality with supportive attitude
