Summary
  • Maintains all recipe files for the Culinary Operations in English and Korean.
  • Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Culinary team in English and Korean.
  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned such as Kronos scheduling, Mate program, assistance for Executive Chef, etc.
  • Support chefs with paper documentation (hotel hygiene, etc) 
Qualifications
  • Experience in Hospitality industry is preferred
  • Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English and Korean
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service with outgoing personality
  • Advanced understandings of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Eligible to work 9-6 on weekdays
  • Bright personality with supportive attitude
