Que cela soit pour un jour ou pour toujours, l’Hôtel Métropole, actuellement en pleine réinvention et l’incontournable Restaurant-Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives sont des lieux qui accompagnent et marquent nos clients lors de tous leurs évènements. Pour cela, notre équipe Conférences & Evènements relève le challenge quotidiennement et recherche dans ce cadre son futur Stagiaire en Coordination événementielle !
Vous aimez plus que tout organiser des moments chaleureux pour vos proches. Vous êtes la personne qui est toujours citée en référence quand il s’agit de coordonner des travaux de groupe. Ce sont ces qualités, doublées de votre excellent relationnel, qui vont faire la différence.
Il est essentiel pour réussir dans ce stage d’avoir un grand sens du détail et d’aimer être en contact avec les opérations. Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en Français ET dans la langue de Shakespeare. Nos clients viennent du monde entier se retrouver dans nos espaces, la maîtrise d’une 3ème langue est évidemment un plus apprécié.
Vous êtes en formation en école hôtelière référencée par notre CCNT. En tant que stagiaire, nous vous formerons pour que vous soyez autonome et à l’aise sur les missions suivantes :
• Assister l’équipe Events dans la coordination des évènements au sein des deux établissements
• Participer au suivi administratif et opérationnel des évènements (transmission des fonctions et des informations à tous les départements concernés, présence terrain etc…)
• Participer à la préparation et à l’animation des visites d’inspection clients
• Assurer une veille concurrentielle et mise à jour des différentes bases de données
• Faire le suivi des statistiques de ventes
• Assurer l’administratif du département
