With 51 rooms housed in a historic and stunning building located in the city centre, Hotel Fleur de Ville will feature a Fine-Casual restaurant showcasing modern European cuisine infused with influences from surrounding countries and Mediterranean flavours. Committed to sustainability, our restaurant will operate with an innovative zero-waste ethos, utilizing only the freshest, carefully selected ingredients.
As the Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our innovative and sustainable restaurant concept. Your responsibilities will include operational management of everything related to the beverage program in the restaurant - the wine menus, cocktails, and other beverages. You will recruit and manage the bar staff, monitor performance and sales, train all restaurant staff on the beverage program, and track costs. Under the management of the restaurant manager, you will ensure that the restaurant is leading and innovative in the local market in all aspects.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and professional Bar Manager with a proven track record in bar leadership and a passion for introducing innovative concepts to the local market. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Previous experience in a Head Bartender / Senior Bartender position from fine establishments.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
• Develop and curate an exceptional beverage plan that complements the brand identity.
• Positive, ambitious mindset with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and leading teams effectively.
• Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, creative, and energetic approach to work.
