CULINARY - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Learning various cooking techniques and methods
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Assisting in kitchen management and inventory control
- Participating in menu development and recipe testing
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assisting in the set-up and breakdown of kitchen stations
- Observing and learning from experienced chefs
- Participating in regular training and development opportunities
- Other related duties in the kitchen department
